These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made on trydogfriendlyco.com, operated by Sandstone Capital LLC. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products are subject to availability. Please review product descriptions, measurements and sizing information before purchasing. Product colors may vary slightly depending on your screen.

Prices, currency, applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed before payment. Payment is required when ordering. Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information.

Orders ship within the advertised timeframe, or within 30 days if no timeframe is specified. If we cannot ship on time, we will notify you and obtain your agreement to a revised shipping date or refund the unshipped items.

To request a change or cancellation, contact contact@dogfriendlyco.com promptly. Changes may not be possible once an order has been processed or shipped. Your statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

Return eligibility, deadlines, return shipping costs and refund procedures are described in our Refund Policy. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.

If we cancel an order because an item is unavailable, any payment collected for that item will be refunded.
